Pepcid Complete represented a real breakthrough for heartburn sufferers: they could now get the fast acting relief they'd come to expect from brands like Rolaids. 

But they could also take the pills before a meal, knowing they could avert suffering later on with the kind of long-lasting relief they'd get from Prilosec.

We simply wanted to create a memorable way to communicate this—so we went to Mexico and hired a Mariachi band.
